PAL CCIM Activities

Paul A. Lynn, CCIM obtained his CCIM Designation in 1987.  Throughout the past 30+ years Mr. Lynn has been actively involved with the CCIM Institute at the local and national level.

 

Activities in CCIM Program and Leadership:

• Took first classes in late 1970s and early 1980s

• Received CCIM Designation in 1987 in San Antonio

• Active in Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter

• 1993 President Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter

• 2004 Became active in CCIM on a national level

• Vice Chair & Chair Professional Standards Committee

• Served as CCIM representative on NAR Professional Standards Committee

• Task Force Chair/co-Chair

  • Rewrite of Conflict of Interest Policy and Disclosure requirements

  • Appropriate use of CCIM Logo and Designation

• Member Services Committee

• Elected to CCIM Technology Board

• Designations Committee

• Elected to Board of Directors, 2006 – 2012, 2017 – 2019

• Appointed to Governance Committee 2008 – 2009, reappointed 2018-2019, appointed Vice-Chair 2021 and Chair 2022

  • Bylaws Rewrite Task Force

  • Board of Directors Review Task Force

• Graduate 2010 Jay Levine Leadership Development Academy

• 2010 – 2012 Elected to Executive Committee

• Ran for position of CCIM First Vice President in 2012

• Continuing activities in CCIM both on a local and national level
